The Office of the Administrative Courts conducted a special lecture on “The abrogation and withdrawal of the administrative act - L’abrogation et le retrait de l’acte administratif”

On 9th December 2025, the Office of the Administrative Courts (OAC) conducted a special lecture on “The abrogation and withdrawal of the administrative act" (L’abrogation et le retrait de l’acte administratif) delivered by Prof. Stéphane Mouton from Université Toulouse I Capitole, French Republic. In this regard, President, Vice-President, judges of the Supreme Administrative Court, administrative judges of First Instance, as well as the personnel from the OAC, other external organizations attended the said lecture at the Seminar Room 2, B1 floor, Administrative Court Premises, Bangkok. Furthermore, the lecture was also broadcasted via Cisco Webex Meetings and Web Live Streaming to Central and Regional Administrative Courts and via Cisco Webex for domestic cooperation partners as well.
