The Administrative Court has launched an e-Payment application via e-Litigation Portal today. |
The Administrative Court has launched an e-Court Fee Payment application via e-Litigation Portal for an electronically filing case since 24 September 2020. A plaintiff can pay Court fees without coming to the Administrative Court. The plaintiff has just selected a menu of “e-Payment” via e-Litigation Portal, and then Payment Gateway: credit/debit, page to page, or internet banking.
Furthermore, printing the bill payment, the plaintiff can pay Court fees as following methods:
- Cash payment at the Administrative Court or bank counter service: Krung Thai, Kiatnakin, Mizuho (Bangkok branch), and Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives;
- Check payment (a government agency, a State enterprise, or other State agencies as a drawer);
- Payment with a cashier's check/a bill of exchange/a draft;
- ATM payment; and
- Payment with a debit, a credit card via EDC (Electronic Data Capture) at the Administrative Court.
* Payment fees as specified by bank rates shall be paid by the court fee payer.
